The Weekend Detox Plan
A Friday-to-Sunday structure with meals, plans and a re-entry ritual so Monday doesn't undo it.

A weekend is where the interesting part happens: long enough for the restlessness to pass, short enough that you don't need to rearrange your life.
Friday evening: set the stage
Close open loops at work with a short note to yourself about Monday. Charge the phone in a drawer. Put one analog plan on the table for Saturday — a market, a swim, a long lunch.
Saturday: fill the space, don't just empty it
Detoxes fail when they're subtractive only. Replace the scroll with something specific and slightly effortful. Cook something that takes time. Walk somewhere you haven't been.
Sunday: re-entry
This is the step everyone skips. Decide before you unlock anything what you're going back to and what you aren't. Reinstall nothing on Sunday night — if you still want it on Wednesday, fine.
A detox without a re-entry plan is a holiday. Useful, but it doesn't change anything.
