Who you're dealing with

Screenless Living (screenlessliving.com) is run by Jessie Trochez, trading as Screenless Living. When you use this site or buy a workbook, you are entering into an agreement with Jessie Trochez. You can reach us at jessie.trochez@gmail.com.

Acceptance

By browsing this site or buying a workbook you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated version.

What we provide

Screenless Living publishes articles about using technology on purpose, gives away The 7-Day Digital Reset, and sells The 30-Day Deep Reset, a downloadable PDF workbook delivered right after payment. It is practical guidance, not medical, psychological or professional advice.

Your licence to use the workbooks

You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the workbooks for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files publicly.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site and inside the workbooks (text, images, layout and branding) belongs to Jessie Trochez. Anything you write on the pages is yours. If you share a story with us, you give us permission to publish it on this site; you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site unlawfully; submit fraudulent, abusive or spam content; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or interfere with the security of the site, including scraping, probing, or introducing malicious code.

Accuracy of information

Please give accurate details at checkout and when sharing a story, and keep your email current so we can reach you about your order.

Payment and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before you pay and may appear in your local currency.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the site up and the downloads working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may pause for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site or the workbooks if you materially breach these terms, don't pay, present a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly break our acceptable use rules.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and workbooks are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Jessie Trochez lives, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
