How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at jessie.trochez@gmail.com and we'll arrange it for you.

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit.
